We took our kids here to get some energy out after our long drive from SLC. They are one of the only restaurants in the area with a kids play place.Restaurant was clean and the staff were helpful.

Went and ordered a Quater Pounder without cheese through the drive-through and got home with no hamburger patty on the burger. We called and spoke to Giselle. She has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! We went to pick up another quarter pounder and she gave us a whole meal for free! That was so sweet of her. She offered us a drink and had fries in the bag for us. She deserves to be recognized!!

There were no homeless and clean, and the staff were friendly. But the icing on the cake was the children's facilities! There was a huge slide and a family-friendly zone where kids could move around comfortably. It's the best fast-food spot in Elko to stop by with kids while traveling.However, it was disappointing that the soda was flat.
