Things seem to have improved—at least during our 8 a.m. Monday visit. We ordered five breakfast items through the app and received them within three minutes of parking. The employee in the red sweater was courteous and prompt.

Our order was 100% accurate, and all items were correct.

I used the men’s restroom, which was clean and appeared recently renovated-ish.

You can tell the team is doing their best, especially in a small-town setting. I saw 3–4 female employees plus the manager (in red), all working hard to keep things moving.

The indoor menu screens weren’t working, but the self-order kiosks were functional.

Hopefully, the owners recognize their effort and push for more corporate support—this place was noticeably busier than nearby travel stops.

this is actually a really nice mcdonald’s, clean inside and super spacious. definitely the place to stop for fast food in winnemucca

Nasty! Watched an employee come from the bathroom and stick her hands directly into the fries and eat one! What makes it worse is she did it in front of the manager! I returned my fries saying they wasn’t fresh after eating one in front of him. He stuck his in in my fries and said they are fresh I said no they are room temperature he then took those fries and put them back on the fry mount and served them too the next customer outside! This is nasty and unsanitary.
Neither him nor the girl who came from the bathroom had on gloves and of course neither did I and I have a cold as well and you served food that I ate out off to another customer
